CALL FOR LOCAL INITIATIVES FOR THE EVENT OF VIETPRIDE 2017
1. ORGANIZATION OF SUPPORT:
☀ CSAGA is a Vietnamese non-profit organization. CSAGA was created to promote the realization of the rights of women and children affected by stigma and violence in Vietnam through innovative methods.

☀ ICS is a gay and lesbian (LGBT) community in Vietnam that has a mission to empower LGBT communities to protect their rights. ICS aims to be a country where sexual minorities are treated equally and that anyone can live on their own and contribute the best to the overall development of society.

☀ iSEE is a non-profit organization dedicated to human rights, especially the rights of minorities, with the mission of promoting values ​​of freedom, tolerance and equality in society.

2. PURPOSES:
As part of the support strategy of the three organizations, the Local Initiatives Facility for the VietPride 2017 event is an effort of CSAGA, ICS and iSEE to support the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender is LGBT) to organize community events in their locality from July 7 to October 2017. Proud events are expected to increase the presence of the LGBT community, spread the values ​​of freedom, equality and tolerance in society, while promoting creativity, independence, and management capacity. 3. SUBJECTS AND TIMES:
• Target audience: LGBTI groups and individuals across the country. Each BTC province can only support one event. If there are two or more groups in the same locality, we encourage you to work together before submitting your application. BTC selects only one of the events of each province to support.

• Project implementation time: The implementation starts on July 25, 2017 and ends on October 5, 2017.

4. SUPPORT CONTENT:
Based on the idea, operational plan and budget of the local authorities, three CSAGA, ICS and iSEE will discuss the allocation of support resources, including:

4.1. Items:
o The basic items are: Bracelets, Badges, rainbow flags, rainbow ribbons, stickers ...
o Other articles: 1m x 2m or 1m x 0.6m fabric flag, T-shirt, porcelain cup, poster or leaflet ...

4.2. Document:
o Publications for the LGBT community and parents.
o Topic come-out, law, research on LGBT community.
o Factsheets, fact sheets, poster pictures of LGBT infographic.

4.3. Funding:
- Support the actual cost of renting locations, printing, communication depending on the content of activities.

4.4. Other support:
Letter of recommendation and other papers in the capacity

5. OPERATION CRITERIA:
o Organizing activities and not breaking the law.
o Designed to bring the message of pride, solidarity and emotion to the participants.
o Generate deep, comprehensive impact. Involve many people, including LGBTI community members, policy makers, journalists, the public, etc.
o Enhance the organizational role, voice, presence of women and girls in free activities pride.
o Contribute to the advocacy process for LGBTI rights creatively and effectively.
o Use budget effectively and create sustainable impact.

6. SUPPORT PROCESS:
o All proposals will be reviewed by ICS, iSEE and CSAGA representatives, in order to select proposals that best fit the funding capacity and objectives of each organization.
o Selected proposals will be linked to one of three organizations (ICS or iSEE or CSAGA). Groups or individual recipients are obliged to comply with financial regulations, as well as use the logo set of the donor organization.
o The specific rights and obligations of the group / individual receiving the support will be specified in the Memorandum of Understanding, signed by the representative of the donor group and the donor representative.
o Quantity: unlimited number of provinces, depending on the resources of CSAGA, ICS and iSEE.

Process:
