• CSAGA provides comprehensive, effective and timely psychological counseling services to support groups of women and children suffering  discrimination and violence in society.
• Forms supports diverse and appropriate to the needs and circumstances of individuals or groups: direct counseling, counseling by phone and counseling via chat, group counseling and advice automatically via voicemail.

Networking and mobilizing resources

• Connect the networks working in the field of prevention of violence against women and girls, such as: DOVIPNET and GBVNet...
• Mobilize resources from international and domestic organizations
• Mobilize the participation of volunteer groups, activists, journalists, lawyers, youth

Social change communication and advocacy

• Utilizing modern, effective, innovative communication tools, Entertainment-Education (EE)
• CSAGA is an organization that contributes to the advocacy, implementation and monitoring of the Gender Equality Law and the Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control in Viet Nam.
• CSAGA coordinates policy dialogue activities at different levels to support the victims of violence in accessing justice
