Three years ago, she was raped by a man who was a friend of her father. He was born in 1964. The girl, when the incident happened, was only 9 years old.
The village was peaceful and safe. As always, the mother went to the market 500m away. She told her 9-year-old daughter to study at home. A neighbor wanted to weld the iron frame close to her house. The mother asked him take a close look at her baby. And she was completely assured.
The man called to the girl home and asked if her father was at home. Knowing that only the girl was at home alone, he came. And while the neighbor just ran home to finish his work.
- You are so pretty. He said
And he did sexual assault the little girl with the tricks of an old fox on the couch of the family.
The next neighbor came to continue welding. Seeing someone shadow through the glass, the old man pulled his pants back and greeted his neighbor as if nothing had happened. Because the old man was among of people in the neighborhood, the neighbour had no doubt.

That night the child left her food and went bed early. And the story was told.
The mother crying, immediately call the district police. District police immediately took the place, immediately to the perpetrators and took both mother and child to collect the test immediately that night.

Have you ever seen the testimony of a 9-year-old kid talking about rape? It is so horrible that you certainly do not want to look back on it again in your life.

She was examined in Hanoi.

Her mother soon took her to a private clinic in a district hospital.
CSAGA with her, send mail to many agencies responsible. She had to leave her job to pursue the case.

Last Tet holiday, she received a notice to suspend the case due to insufficient evidence. One in three lawyers volunteered helping in the case decided to quit.

Meeting with her and the neighbors, the struggling women kept saying the same question: Why is there such a thing as this? the little girl is growing up, we are heartbreaking.
